What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pcs per design (some specialty fabrics start at 100 pcs). This is low enough to test a new market or colourway while keeping per-unit costs reasonable. A smart first order is 50 pcs each across your 5 best-selling colours.
Do you offer OEM/ODM and custom branding?
Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM customisation including custom logo, woven main labels, care labels, hang tags, and retail-ready packaging. With over 20 years of experience and a professional design team, we can also produce to your own designs and specifications.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We provide pre-production samples so you can confirm fabric hand-feel, colour, size, stitching, and branding before committing to bulk. Sample fees are refundable against your bulk order.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Pre-production samples typically ship in 5–7 working days. Bulk production usually completes in 10–20 days depending on quantity. We launch 30–50 new designs every month, so fresh styles are always available.
What fabrics do you manufacture?
We specialize in bamboo jersey, cotton jersey, premium jersey, liquid jersey, and modal hijabs, plus instant hijabs and abayas. We send fabric swatches so you can confirm weight and hand-feel before ordering.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on fabric, quantity, and customisation. Indicative FOB prices start from around US$3.50 per jersey hijab. Larger volumes unlock lower per-unit pricing — request a quote and we will send tiered pricing within 24 hours.
What payment methods and terms do you accept?
We accept secure payments through Alibaba.com Trade Assurance, which protects your order for product quality and on-time shipment. Bank transfer (T/T) and other common B2B payment methods are also available.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide by express air freight (fast, ideal for samples and small orders) or ocean freight (most economical for bulk). We handle export documentation; you clear customs with your local broker. Our on-time delivery rate is 95.5%.
How do you ensure product quality?
We run strict in-house quality control, including finished-product inspection and needle detection for safety compliance, with dedicated QC inspectors. Our factory has been verified onsite by TÜV Rheinland, and our products carry CE, CPC and RoHS certifications.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Yiwu Qiuyan Clothing Co., Ltd. operates its own 3,200 m² factory with 41 staff and multiple production lines, with over 20 years of design and manufacturing experience in Muslim clothing.
